Cuoio di Toscana
Cuoio di Toscana is a brand that contains the excellence of Consortium Vero Cuoio Italiano.
The Consortium manages every activity of promotion and communication addressing to many different audiences: consumers, producers, designers, stylists and other opinion leaders in the fashion industry.

When we started managing Cuoio di Toscana’s Facebook page on April 2017 it has 969 followers. We created a new editorial plan and in the following three months we started sponsoring every posts and also the page, reaching 10343 followers at the end of February 2018.

For the release of “Cinque”, a movie made by Cuoio di Toscana, our purpose was to link an offline distribution (the projection of the film at Roma Cinema Fest) with a digital distribution addressed to a specific target.

1st step: Audience choice: lovers of made in Italy, video production and handicraft.
Difficulties: The brand is not well known and the main actress doesn’t have a strong profile on social media.
Solution:
  • Teasering action to build the audience before the release of the movie:

  • An intriguing copy for the reference audience:
    “Tradition, elegance and style. Our love declaration to Italy”
  • Creation of 10 different audiences followed by campaign-fine tuning and selection of the best-performing ones
2nd step:
Bring traffic to web site.
Difficulties: Is a B2B web site without appeal for the final consumer.
Strategy:
  • Creation of a landing page with a video player containing videos of the activities of the brand (http://cuoioditoscana.it/film/)
  • Creation of mini video pills taken by the movie with a call to action button that redirects to the web site
  • We used video pills also for Instagram
Results:
  • More than 500k views on every web platform
  • More than 100k views derived from earned media
  • Positive comments, without a CRM action
  • Creation of a web platform where we can publish future video contents of “Cuoio di Toscana”
